Weight Loss: Be Honest With Yourself
May 2nd, 2008 by weightloss
How often have you said to yourself “I’ve not eaten much today”? While this may be true, often we aren’t always completely honest with ourselves as to what we have really eaten.
I feel this is often due to just forgetting. There’s nothing sinister about it. The odd biscuit that was eaten at break time, the handful of crisps that were grabbed in a hurry as you run out of the door. These items are often easily forgotten, but if you want to lose weight they do add up.
Most importantly you need to start being more aware of what you are actually eating. For some people it may also be a case of denial about what they are eating and how much of.
To be successful with your weight loss, you need to be honest with yourself about your foods. Once you start to see clearer what you are eating its much easier to make the necessary changes.
Be aware of your eating!
