Weight Loss: Only Think About 1 Pound At A Time

If you find yourself thinking about all the pounds you need to lose and feel that its a lot and is going to take a long time, this can affect your motivation and ability to do it. Sometimes when something feels too big to do, we just don’t do it.
Now you know as well as I do that if you stop doing it, you’re not going to lose your weight. So, its important to find a way to keep yourself going so that you’re eating healthier and being more active.
If thinking about all the pounds feels too much for you, how about just focusing on one pound at a time. Ok, so it doesn’t sound overly exciting, but it could be the difference between you continuing with your weight loss and throwing in the towel.
When you think about losing one pound at a time, it feels so much easier. It also leaves you free to focus on what you specifically need to do to achieve this rather than keep worrying about all the pounds.
I encourage you to focus on losing one pound at a time and what you need to do today to help this be achieved.
