Weight Loss: Overeaten? Start Today Afresh

There are going to be days when you haven’t eaten as healthfully as you had been or days when you feel you just went completely off the rails with your eating.
This happens. I don’t believe it is realistic to expect yourself to eat 100% healthy every single day especially if you’re still changing your eating habits.
What is important however is what you choose to do from today onwards. Treat today as a fresh day and get back to eating more healthily.
Whatever it was that you ate prior to today, is in the past and there is nothing you can do about it. Rather than let any guilt or bad feedings hangover from this, decide to draw a line under it and start today afresh.
Decide now what you are going to do today to eat more healthily and to become more active. Congratulations! Now go and do it.
